If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the products you have purchased you may return the unused portion of a product for a refund minus shipping fees.
RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURE:
To qualify for a return, ILLUSTRE ESSENZA® skincare products must be returned within 30 days of purchase, and ILLUSTRE ESSENZA® Natural Minerals products and/or accessories must be returned within 10 days of purchase. All parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original packaging. Please do not ask that exceptions to our return policies be made.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number (see process below). Any returns sent back to Luminoso Studios without an RMA cannot be accepted. Your RMA number is good for 10 days upon issue and must be written on the outside of the returning package. Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA# with your return.
Use a trackable and/or insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments.
Upon receipt of your returned item(s), the refund amount will be electronically credited to your credit card within 14-21 days of receipt of the product. Only the credit card that was used for the original purchase may receive a credit for a refund.
Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Luminoso Studios. Shipping fees are non refundable.
Luminoso Studios will not accept more than TWO returns per year from any one user. We offer a complimentary skin care consultation – so please consult with us if you have any questions regarding what specific products will be best for your skin type and goals!
RMA# PROCEDURE:
To receive an RMA# please email us at sales@luminosostudios.com or call us at 1-800-408-1168. If you are contacting us by email please list the returned item(s), along with your order number and the reason for the return.
CANCELLATIONS:
To cancel an order the status of the order must be "New." If the status is "In Progress" or has been submitted we cannot cancel the order electronically. You will need to call customer service if you have any questions or wish to cancel an order that has already been electronically processed.

Instances for which your order may be cancelled or revised can include limitations on quantities, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department, such as no security code, unverifiable billing and shipping information. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order including overnight and larger quantity orders. We will contact you if your order is refused. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
QUANTITY ITEMS - RESELLING:
Luminoso Studios reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer e-mail and/or billing address provided should such limits be applied. We also reserve the right to prohibit sales to dealers or customers redirecting product.
PRICING POLICY:
At Luminoso Studios we make it our goal to provide accurate product and pricing information; however, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed incorrectly or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Luminoso Studios shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.
